2009 VTİ 308 Automatic Temperature

Hello, Peugeot family. My question is that the temperature bar reaches 90, although I used it at high speed 10 minutes after starting the vehicle. Is this normal or is it a malfunction? Thanks

My teacher should not exceed 90 degrees, the temperature is normal, my 308 is 90 degrees in 10 minutes and it remains constant.
