Hello friends,

I think the 3D dashboard left with purple marks as a result of touching it with wet hands. I haven't taken the vehicle to the service yet. If there are friends who have knowledge / experience on this subject, can they share their solution suggestions and experiences?

Hello teacher, I think you need to pour water on your hand to get it wet so much. But if I recommend, go to the authorized service and explain the situation. There may be a manufacturing error.

Greetings, these are traces that were not there before, but I definitely think this is a chronic trouble in the production of this glass, because it did not take a very serious blow, it was just touched with wet hands, purple spots like fingerprints, the situation is not pleasant.

thank you for the answer,

Hello teacher, if it will be like this with every wet hand, I think the job is bad, there is a production error, teacher, ask for a change request. These types of parts are not available anyway. It comes only in 1-2 months. They can throw it on you, sir, but definitely do not accept it.

Absolutely I agree. The vehicle is with my wife and I am abroad now. Not even touched with wet hands, my wife sees a purple mark under the indicator and tries to take it with her hand, thinking that something is infected. Subsequently, the purple marks dissolve. The vehicle has not been taken to the washer for 2 months due to the intensity, nor we could wash it. I saw the same problem with a few people in the forms, most of them changed under warranty. I hope they stand behind the vehicle. Likewise, the price of the vehicle appears to be 393 thousand TL in the current list. This screen event was not good at all.

We have a service appointment for Wednesday. I write the developments here.

Thanks for your attention,

Greetings,

Please, sir, as you said then, if the production error has been changed in other vehicles before, they will take care of yours, then it will not be a problem.
