As far as I know, my teacher, the oil level is very delicate in automatic machines, so the problem had to be completely emptied and placed completely. In addition, that warning probably locked itself because it was too hot, and it happened to me, it locked itself. In addition, you said that we squeezed the oil cooler or something, there may be something that will affect its operating performance. My answer is completely amateurish. Consult the master brothers anyway, my guess is :)

2 hours ago I checked under the vehicle. Thank goodness there is no trickle. that problem seems to be solved. current problem is the error received. I haven't tried it today. There is a PDF file on the first page when you type in Google network transmission. There is English information about the AL4 gearbox. Everything from A to Z is written. - How to control the oil level, what excess oil can cause. According to this document, it was said that excess oil causes abnormal heating of the oil and oil leaks (thanks to Google Translate :)) When we changed the transmission oil in November 2019, the master said that he added 3.5 liters of oil. After the exchange I did not have any problems. If there was less than 0.5 lt of leakage, the oil we added was probably too much. On the 41st page of the casting, it also stated in the cases in which it gave error warning, mine is due to the oil pressure sensor. I think it makes the most sense to connect it to the computer when I get the error. Let me explain the oil cooler as follows. If you search for "enfriador aceite caja automatica peugeot" on Google, you can see the part. my Valeo HS 1089. hoses are connected to this part. The transmission oil is cooled by the radiator through the hoses and comes back (what the master says). As I said there was no leak left. it was very relaxed. -The "SPORT" and "SNOW" warning lights flash if there is a malfunction in the following components or information: • transmission ECU, • ECU supply, • oil pressure sensor, • supply to sequential solenoid valves (EVS1 to EV6), • regulation error at main hydraulic pressure, • multi-function switch, • sequential electro valves (EVS1 to EV6), • main pressure modulated electro valve (pressure EVM), • converter lock-up modulation electro valve (locked EVM), • oil flow electrovalve in heat exchanger, • main hydraulic pressure electrovalve, • gas pedal not programmed, • input speed and output speed, • input speed and engine speed, • output speed and engine speed, • engine speed information, • pedal position, • supply to analog sensors.

So, as I said first, the measure of the oil The warming event locks in me due to the temperature on the long slopes (like long slopes). You have done a good research.

Now it does not start 🙁 I ran it 1 hour ago. I went for 5 minutes. I took care of my affairs. 45 minutes later I came to the car. I set the tape clock and date (it was reset yesterday because the battery was removed). Then I turned the ignition. The screens appear but go away when the starter is pressed. Friends came now. When we charge the battery

I had the battery measured. His time is over. We will now look at battery recommendations in the forum.

If you knock and solve the problem of turning on the snow and sport mode lights, please do not forget to write here. I hope you do it without much expense.

I bought a new battery today. Steel 60 Ah 540A. I watched on the way to install the battery (20 minutes) and after having the battery installed (20 minutes), in the inner and the ring road traffic. Thank goodness I have not received an error for now. I will be sharing the development quite a lot.

[QUOTE = cruise05] Hello everyone. There was an oil leak from the transmission in my vehicle. During the controls, we noticed that it came from the gearbox oil cooler. this piece was pretty loose. well bored. The oil under the vehicle has been cleaned. We toured for 15-20 minutes by car and came with my master. During this tour, I accelerated to 120-130 km. Afterwards, we saw that there was no leakage. Subsequently, we added 0.5 lt Mobil ATF LT 71141 transmission oil to the gearbox with the thought that it had decreased until this time (the remainder of the transmission oil change. The oil had changed before). After about 15 minutes on returning home, while cruising at 90 km / h, suddenly a 'knock' sound came and the transmission error (D's both snow mode and sport mode symptoms occurred next to it). showed the error on the main screen, warning sound or something. I immediately pulled the car to the right. I stopped There were no errors when I waited for a short while and turned the ignition. I started the vehicle and continued on my way. I drove 7-8 km or 60-70 km / h. I was afraid to push the vehicle. Thank goodness there was no problem until I got home. This situation happened to me last night. i haven't checked it out yet. The question stuck in my mind is this: - Without adding 0.5 liters of oil nothing like this happened in my checks. I wonder if the oil is too much? Good day. [/ QUOTE] Good night everybody. While cruising on February 4, this time, a warning came for the "Info Gearbox Fault". After that, I heard a loud noise within 2-3 seconds and got a transmission error. After pulling the car to the right and turning the ignition off and on, the error disappeared. Same thing happened the previous time. then I continued the journey. I haven't encountered any errors since that day. As far as I know, there is a separate ECU (brain) belonging to the transmission and these error records are stored in this brain. I hope that I will now check these failure records at any service with original software at the first opportunity. |
