The side buttons of our touchscreen are not working. While some parts of the screen are working, I cannot adjust the air conditioner settings, the touch is not detected. It's been 3 days since we got our car. Does anyone have this problem,

It's been 3 days since we got our car. Does anyone have this problem, I reset it to other factory settings, but it didn't fix it, is there a solution without taking it to the service? Thanks.
