2008 1.2 Allure Fuel Consumption Problem - 2008 (2020-)

Hello everyone, I bought a 2022 Peugeot 2008 2-3 weeks ago and joined you. I can easily say that the car met my expectations, but I have one problem. The official website lists fuel consumption as 5-6 liters in the city. I know the official data isn't accurate, but I expected it to be around 8 liters. Now, when I look at it, it's consuming around 13-14 liters in the city. Is this normal? Or should I take the car to the dealership? I would be very grateful if you could share your knowledge and experiences.

2022 308 p5 body available. 1.2 130 hp engine and EAT8. After 6000 km of mixed urban/outdoor use, our average is 9.5lt/100km.
