190 thousand lpg li 2004 automatic 307 xt bought to my wife but I regret. My Issues When the vehicle warms up, the automatic gear shifts itself to nothing, only 1 and the reverse gear is running. 2. As the vehicle is working at 95 degrees, the normal road goes up to 80, 90 is on the hill or while waiting for the light rises to 95, then it falls down. The vehicle's radiator thermostat is not responsible for water. But we still have the same low-temperature thermostat, they said there is no such thing for this vehicle. I am waiting for your help. |

The temperature is normal, do not interfere, as for what I learned from the forum for the gearbox, there was an oil cooler and it was getting hot because it was not enough for the gearbox.

[QUOTE = ahmeterdem] Hi 190 thousand lpg li 2004 automatic 307 xt bought to my wife but I regret. [/ QUOTE] I can not say anything for the gearbox, but 307 loves the heat, this is not just your thing in your car, but the values that should be 92 or 95 fans turn on, there are up to 100 ways in traffic, it says in the authorized service. If it doesn't go up to 95, the real problem is there! you can be sure of that.

Since the existing oil cooler in your vehicle cannot cool the oil enough, the gearbox protects itself and does not allow it to go above the 1st and 2nd gears. If only you would replace the oil cooler for the 2006 model and above. In the post-2006 models, I know that the oil cooler has been enlarged (rectangular) and the problem of warming has been prevented. It was in a cylindrical structure before 2005. As a workaround, try operating the air conditioner in hot weather. The A / C radiator is in front of the coolant radiator and provides more effective cooling as the air conditioner constantly operates the radiator fan while it is operating. There is no thermostat that opens early, but if you can make the radiator fan open earlier, you can still solve your problem. Another issue that came to my mind is that you said the vehicle is LPG. Have a look at where to buy the radiator water for the LPG regulator. Sometimes cooling system errors due to the errors made here can also be. Meanwhile, in my manual vehicle with LPG, the engine temperature is usually around 80-85 degrees. It can rarely come to 100 degrees for a short time. Also, if you disassemble the thermostat, you will find that there is a black gasket around the shut-off valve inside the thermostat. 1 mm from any part of this gasket. If you cut it out, you can ensure water circulation through this 1 mm hole while the thermostat is closed. in this way, the water temperature will not exceed 70 degrees. Therefore, it will be better to cool the gearbox oil as well. |

The temperature of your car is normally in that range. When it comes to the gearbox event, change the oil if you want, I have the same vehicle, the master says that it needs to change oil at 50 binkm, but because the oil gets too hot, it deforms quickly, I change the oil every 15 thousand km, do not enter the gearbox repair, you get tired financially.

I also have 2003 model 307 automatic, the thermostat was said to change, especially I did not change it. Obviously, just because the transmission will benefit the warming up, winter has come and left when there is no problem in heating. However, I renewed LPG, the complete master said, change this, you cannot get efficiency, I do not know if I am confused, if I change it or not? I will probably get the original, but I don't understand the brand very much.
