2.0 hdi 307 engine sound

Friends had an abnormal engine noise since we received the 1st and 2nd. The problem with the gears is the engine bushing (I think) and the transmission in the transmission's ears hit the engine in the shock, I even saw the vehicle on the lift

The 1st Gear is not at 3 speeds, it is said that it is caused by the rope too much in the future.
