1998 106 xr cigarette lighter and heater

hello friends 1998 model 106 xr radiator and lighter section need to be dismantled because the bulb of lighter is lit but the area where the upper grill bars are not lit, if there is a lamp etc in that area, that area must be removed and repaired. Endless thanks for your comments ..
