The motor, which used to be thicker and quieter, now started working louder, like a trot. I hear a high-pitched sound like injector clicking at some revs. Even if the engine is warming up, it works noisy It was not like that before maintenance. I think it's about oil. The answers I got from some 3008 users are that the factory oils are 0W30, but 5W30 oil is added after the instruction to the services. A friend of mine, He said that the service offered an option for the oil to be put in the vehicle and put the oil selected according to the customer's decision into the vehicle. It even showed me that there is a price for two different oils with the "get offer" option in the MyPeugeot application.

When I had my first maintenance done in an authorized service in Istanbul last November I was not asked such a thing. From this point on, I think there is no standard in services.

I'm still searching for the right information. Unfortunately, since the brand does not clearly say that this type of oil is used in the user manual (they can make changes over time and that information is out of date), it is true, I did not know who to ask.
