14 "rim or 15" for 206 ???

I have a 2004 Peugeot 206 XT vehicle. The rims are with original covers. I am thinking of buying alloy wheels. However, I do not want to increase the gas consumption. There are 14 "165 or 175 tires available. The conditions are very good. I don't want to change them. I should buy the right wheel for these tires or I should try my 15" wheel + tire set.

Finally, there are kleber brand tires in the vehicle, making some noise. What kind of brand is kleber?

I've never heard of the kleber brand. If you use goodyear, michelin hard tire as tire, do not be surprised by the toyo. The 15 "rim is ideal. You can wear 206 cc (scirocco) rim, 206 gti rim. I would recommend you to look at the models of the lenso brand that I like in the alternative.
