As friends know, steering click is one of the chronic problems of pugs. This weekend I will maintain the steering gear. I will try to illustrate and share as much as I can in terms of ideas for friends who have the same problem. :D

Friends are done: D
I have such a chance. I went to the industry to buy parts on Saturday morning. The clutch rope broke off when it left the industry. Luckily I came across a friend. We pulled the car home. We also got the clutch rope.

First of all, we separate the steering column from the vehicle. You have a bolt, a nut and a hair ring.

We remove the battery and the air filter bowl.

Oil leaks in the records are visible. First we disassemble the hydraulic connections.

Pressure line marked in red. The other is the return line. It is better not to confuse: D

We separate the tie rod connections. We remove the 3 bolts that connect the steering box to the body.
We take the steering wheel out. Oil leaks from years are powdered soil. A steering wheel like carrion. We connect to the vise for easy work and remove the hydraulic cylinder.

The resulting hydraulic cylinder. It will be cleaned and the leaks will be checked.

As you can see the steering box body needs a little cleaning.

I used the diesel, which is my favorite.

We have a good bath.

old click sign - new click sign
old pressure seal - new felt
old bearing - new bearing

We collect the cleaned box in the order we disassemble it.

That's the trouble of my head clutch rope: D

The steering box click bush was very worn. Pinion gear bearing is also similar. The spring mattress, which also padded the drum, was a bit loose. I collected it when I gathered it. The pivot shaft came out a bit curved, and it gave a little bit of waist to work over time, and I fixed it in the hydraulic press in the industry.

We attach the box to the vehicle in the order we removed it. :D

I went to the test yesterday evening. The result is excellent. I started to love my car more. No sound.

In terms of being an idea to friends who have the problem. Respects.

Thank you. The previous owner had an allergy to industry. The man just got on, maşallah: D Fortunately, I recovered a lot. I wouldn't have done so much effort if it wasn't a very original car with its frame and upholstery. I think it is from the numbered xs. :D

just like some of them do not look at their vehicles, we have the intention of donkeys, the room falls to like us, we visit industry industry, we spend a bit of money, then we say this car is bad. Again, you can handle the cost of the parts that you can do. If I have it in my hand, I can disassemble it and repair it. :)

Exactly thanks to the masters in the industry, thanks to them I had a lot of experience. When I took every vehicle to the industry, they broke the bio. They broke in me I was angry now I do it myself. I'm calling out from here. Learn the art of bolt tightening to those who introduce themselves by saying that I am a master. Not every time you tighten the bolt socket you tighten. Also, do not they say that it was already cracked? Do not let our masters who do their job right. They said the best peugeolt master of Izmit. While the man was dismantling, he broke the gearbox blog. He said it was cracked, he said shamefully: D Be you, do not touch your car to the butchers.

Do you have a air conditioner in your car? If any, they are double fans outside. But mine is not the only fan without air condition, I'm not sure why it is inside.
