106 XR Stop problem

Friends hi car 99 model peugeot 106 XR 1.4 gasoline model. The vehicle stops when the clutch is depressed or wasted after using high speed. There is no problem in normal use, but it stops after turning high speed. What could be the problem?

The throttle was cleaned twice. The problem was not solved. The idle sensor was not checked, but the vehicle. Is there any possibility that it is caused by spark plugs?
