106 xr burns a lot

I have a 106 xr car, while it works like a stutter, sometimes it gets late sometimes it burns the starter too much.

There is an xr in me, when you turn the key to follow, turn it directly without waiting for the lights to turn on, or if the vehicle is on gas, it turns itself off.
