Greetings to everyone first of all, I am participating in the race from the north of Germany, everybody's tank is always full, I say I want to be empty on the road Accept this as an acquaintance. I have read almost all the articles on the forum, but I could not find any ointment to my problem. It wouldn't be a lie if I said I didn't understand some of them. For example, what are the mars dodics I guess it's not like a rhyme like abidik gubidik. It is useful to briefly supply my problem. As I mentioned in the title, the lion cub, who was named as 1996 model 106 (Palm Beach S, 1.1 lt engine, 60 PS, sunroof, electric windows, factory exits as standard, without any addition -tuning etc.) is now old. "The rear is obviously crooked from both sides. The tires are looking straight out from the bottom and the top inside started to rub against the hood. Tires are standard 155/70 R13, not wide. It is now impossible to find a new spare part of this vehicle here in Germany, there are many exits, in my research (Germany) the rear axle is completely sold out, as an exit, up to the rear brake drum, even on the brake centers. In other words, by removing the 4 bolts at the bottom, they are completely replaced with a smooth rear axle. It remains only to connect the brake pipes and wires. What I was wondering is that I don't have to change it completely, just don't have the ability to change the bent axle part? I haven't yet looked at it, but my guess is that it just needs to change what the axle flux or name is. As I wrote from the beginning, although I did not read the entire forum, no solution was written, and in general, ideas were written for the external appearance of the vehicle or for its speed (even more gas consumption). As I wrote a little while ago, these lion cubs are no longer in Germany, we are the only ones who use them, and I use them because they are small, save fuel, and tax and insurance (Germany) are very small. I take care of almost everything my 106, it is very expensive to go to a mechanic-service here, so most of the curious ones do their own work. I love to use it, there is no servo, the left front seat has a broken rim from the bottom, small scratches and bombs. I ride by saying that the woman will be in her daughter. It was a long time since this was the text of finding an ointment for both my acquaintance and my problem. Thank you to those who made suggestions (about the axle) in advance |

thank you for the answer, but it is difficult and very expensive to find the torners in my location (Germany) and it is so expensive, I think the rear axle is sold completely and they solve the problem, even if I find the lathe, they do not operate except for the standard part, etc.)

As the orders are corrected in the complete disassembled slot turner and new parts hanging as though you've got a cost of 350 TL in Turkey, I know my future book next week :)

Let's purify ourselves from this idea ... No peugeot car has a chronic malfunction. This kind of nonsense is put up by people who don't like Peugeot. I think the problem will be solved when the rear torsion repair kits are changed. |

[QUOTE = stifler] Let's purify ourselves from this idea ... No peugeot car has a chronic malfunction. This kind of nonsense is put up by people who don't like Peugeot. I think the problem will be solved when the rear torsion repair kits are changed. [/ QUOTE]greetings, You are wrong in both matters. The axle shaft that is bent with the repair tool does not recover. Some talked about the lathe or something, but they don't allow him here. Chronic disease of the Peugeot 106 and Citroen Saxo is the rear axle, this is not the case with any Opel, Opel's chronic disease (Astra old models 1995-1999) is the crush of the rear fenders. The W124 is the rot around the rear trunk lid edges and the radio antenna in Mecedes, the Suzuki Swift will not rot after 1996, but the front axle joints fail first, Peugeot 106 does not rot, because the entire body is covered with a special lead. The rear shock absorber tower in the Ford escort is around the tank cover, the Fiat Cienquecento's rear shock absorber tower smashes from the bottom, W124 makes 4th gear malfunctions in automatic Mercedes, not in other gears, The same Golf3 does not bother with automatic shifting from 1 to 2 gear, but with a slight shock due to a 1 pound washer, Audi 80 does not rot, but the hand brake is a chronic malfunction. The tools I mentioned are some of what I bought and used and what they said in their service. (Germany) Here you can not even screw your car against xenon, wide tires and other things I read in this forum. They can not sell. Even if you have a 106, except for the rear spoiler (S16 and Sport models for example), which is the standard factory output for 106, you cannot afford the spoiler. I am reading (Forumdsa), they do not have any product called hand manufacturing or sub-industry, and your vehicle will be banned from traffic. Xenon headlamps are only used if the factory is out, otherwise it is not allowed, LED bulbs-lamps are forbidden, it is only allowed to use in interior lighting, and if it is disturbing outside of the vehicle, it is not allowed even if it is disturbing from the rear-facing vehicle. Here, when there is a traffic accident, the defect, driver-vehicle-road-road signs are checked, for example, if a vehicle using xenon, which is not allowed, has been involved, wow. If the tires are under the same permitted profile and are involved in the accident, neither traffic insurance nor automobile insurance pays |

I have 106 friends and the car crashed, the rear left wheel hit the pavement and the 2.5-centimeter five-inch wheel was out of it and pulling in search. I did not understand whether the axle's ball has made a malfunction or curvature on the arm.
