106 Quicksilver Instrument cluster and cockpit lights

Could I make the instrument panel blue by changing the color of the lamps in the dial instead of the indigo dial, or do you do such an application. How can I change the color of the lighting in the button and the hot-cold section: D

The ground of the indicator is orange .. No matter what light you give from below, it lights up in red. Just because the new 307 and above is a LED with a led lamp, the color can change when they change.
