106 Oil Loss Problem - 106

My friends vehicle is the 1998 model XR 1.4 engine.

Model with sunroof with airbag. 149 thousand. the vehicle decreases about one and a half liters of oil in 5 thousand kilometers. No exhausting smoke from the exhaust. There is no blowing when you pull the engine oil dipstick. I check the bottom of the car frequently, nothing is there, it is not possible to see anything from crankcase protection anyway.

How to tell the oil-burning 106 engine I want to ask. Does it throw smoke out of the dipstick ?? =

Make a compression test.

Look at the radiator water that has not decreased slightly, and if the oil is mixed, it may escape from the piston rings, but then it would emit blue smoke. maybe there is a gasket between the sump plug or not.
