106 gas pump

When my vehicle has low gasoline, it piles up as if gasoline is exhausted on slopes. so i'm touring the full warehouse. In the mornings, there is no problem working or just stacking for the first 1 minute and then it does not stack again. I had to replace the gas pump.

My problem is this,

The same problem happens when we use the universal pump when we use gasoline under the quarter. can't pull the bottom.

which type of gas pump do you recommend? the original is sold with a float, which one should I buy if I just want to buy a pump
