100 thousand maintenance - 307

I live abroad and I have a Peugeot 307 SW 1.6 petrol car. Right now, I have to go in 100 thousand kilometers and maintenance. In this maintenance, I researched what to do and found the following.

Oil and oil filter
Petrol filter
Air filter
Spark plugs
Pollen filter

I can not change the oil and oil filter, I will definitely have it serviced. But for example, I can take the air filter and change it myself. The question I want to ask is: Do you think I can replace the gasoline filter, spark plugs and pollen filter myself? What is the difficulty level? 250 euro is required for non-oil maintenance. I looked over the internet, but if I buy the pieces myself, it only makes 100 euro (if I'm wrong). Do you think it's worth it? Or which ones are worth, which ones are not worth.

Actually, I am not in this business's money. My goal is to get on with something and do it myself if I can. It's okay if I somehow spoil something and even have to go to the service and give it twice. I'm just trying to learn.
