1.6hdi turbo crowding - 407

Hello, I had a 25% loss in my vehicle for 1 week. I started the car after work and I was driving normally. I had a ramp in front of me. After 5 minutes, I started it again, humming from the turbo started to come.

6 months ago, I had to buy a new turbo, so the old turbo was gone for this reason

Why does the turbo start to gap at the shaft and all the maintenance of the vehicle has been done, the oil has not decreased
