8000k xenon bulb installed in my friends car. I want to get 4300 k when I don't like these bulbs, but do I need to replace the cenmax brand ballasts on it. would I just change the bulbs. how do you think I concentrated on philips 4300k ds2. Meanwhile, I'm open to suggestions.

First of all, you need to learn bulb medicine. I think there is no original xenon in your vehicle, but 8000K was installed later. D2S might not fit your headlight ... Because the structure of the D2S should be different than the others.

You will not need to change the ballast if you change the lamp of the same brand or the same type with different k value. but there may be problems with different models and brands.

4300 kw will illuminate better especially in rainy weather, d2s will be the wrong bulb if your car does not have lenses, d2r is used for headlights with reflectors.

friends have lens but xenon is not lens. than for halogen. I will adapt to the 4300k I will get with the old ballasts that confuse me. By the way, is there a difference between d2s and d1s? which one suits the vehicle better.
