0170 fuel cleaning error

Hello Friends, I have had a problem since the weather was cold in corsam. I can't move immediately after running in the morning. When I want to move, the car does not eat gas, it shakes, but comes to itself after 10-15 seconds. Malfunction lamp is on, malfunction code says 0170 fuel cleaning error.
