merhaba arkadaslar 28.03.2014 tarihinde kırmızı ısık cezası kesilmis bana ama teblig tarihi 22.05.2014 bi ara teblig tarihi belli sürenin üzerinde oldugunda cezanın iptali gibi bi durum söz konusuydu bu konu hakkında bilgisi olan var mı? ne yapmak gerekiyor_
